Why For You No Surf?

It was a strange morning. Paddled out at dawn with just a few people and it never it really got very crowded all morning. Clean long lines. I then drove straight to the Irvine Marriott to pick up a buddy from Ireland and took him surfing at HB pier. It was on fire. Needless to say I'm spent and need a nap before dinner but my better half wants to go Christmas shopping in Laguna right now. How can I say no?
