Two Weeks On The Road

Got home late last night. Jet lagged this morning, big time. Even though this was a business trip we did have a weekend in the west of Ireland after several days in Switzerland. And while Mother Ocean did not deliver any waves we made the best of our time. We climbed up Crough Patrick a 2500' hill/mountain overlooking Clew Bay. The weather was great and the views spectacular. Glad to be home for a while. I'm going to pass on surfing today, just not feeling it and it looks like the wind is getting on it anyway. Looks pretty crowded too.

More From 35,000 Feet

Last Friday was well overhead but I only caught a handful of waves. Too crowded and I just wasn't feelin' it. Oh well, I'll get to surf again when I get back from Europe on the 28th. I'll be in the west of Ireland next weekend after a few days in Switzerland and may get an opportunity to surf if the waves and weather cooperate. My friends over there are not that optimistic so far. If not, it's Guinness time. Catch you on the flip side.

Update From 35,000 Feet

Again, I've been neglecting my blog. Too much going on in my life, but I won't bore you with the details. I managed to get in the water a week ago Sunday (Sept 9th) and last Friday the 14th. Sunday was foggy, head high and fun.
