Glad I Made The Effort

After babysitting two of my grandkids till 12:30 last night, got them to bed by 9:00, I almost decided to sleep in.  Turned my alarm off at 4:30 but got a text from Dave at 4:45 that woke me up again, so I hauled ass and was in the water by 5:20.  That first hour was great.  Only a handful of us in the water and plenty of shoulder high wave action.   Things started to slow down as the tide filled in and of course the participant level increased as well.  Glad I uberized this morning.  All in all a pretty fun sesh.
