Worth The Effort

The wind was all over the place early this morning.  Finally decided to head out at 5:00 when it turned E @ 5.   Not one car on El Camino Real and only a couple cars on Christianitos.  In the water at 5:25.  Wind was calm, the ocean was glassy, and there was a heavy drizzle.  There was an occasional shoulder high set but for the most part it was belly to chest high with a good amount of bump from the recent windfest.  Surfed alone for long while, then a group of seven guys paddled out together around 6:45 which really harshed my buzz.  Caught a good one at 7:15  and called it a morning. Not a lot of pictures today it was drizzling pretty hard.
