Same as Yesterday

Except 10 times the people and some cold fog. Still super fun with really long rides if you caught the right one. I had to get out and walk back to the channel twice :-) I'm glad I can't go tomorrow, I need to give my arms a rest.

      I tried to do a little weight lifting this afternoon, but I got no energy. Supposed to be smaller tomorrow. See you Friday.
