Michel Bourez and Dusty Payne battled it out to the final In the Vans World Cup but Michel had the better wave selection and manhandled double overhead Sunset. It will be nice to see Dusty on tour next year though. He has had an amazing month on the North Shore so far.
Meanwhile it's still flat in SoCal.
