Thank God For A WNW Windswell

Otherwise it would have been a dry morning. Not a soul up top except for yours truly. Offshore flow, 70° water, and knee to maybe chest high wind waves.  Started out all by my lonesome, joined later by Rich who paddled over from barbwire’s where he thought he saw some waves :-P. Fred paddled out a while later. Then at 7:30 the wind did a hard switch to the south.  I was done anyway.

Nobody around this morning.
I just couldn't sleep in another day; had to get my saltwater fix. 

The south wind hacked it up quick.
