Forgot To Set The Alarm

Ended up surfing the pillow till 7:45 this morning.   Probably good since I only got 3 hours sleep Sunday night, and obviously needed to get caught up.  Tomorrow for sure.

A bit of an increase in size and crowd.   It was a tough slog but I got my share :)

That's Irish for having a good time.  
We had chest high waves this morning, super fast when you made the sections, glassy conditions and 63° water.  Rob and Ruben have been taking pictures this last week and I managed to get a few shots.   I'll be posting more pics from the other regulars as they come in.

Maybe it was the sectiony waves, maybe the cold water or possibly the ebb tide.   My best wave was my first wave at around 5:30; a nice head high one all the way into the bay.  But I put in my 2 hours and made the best of it.
