What Is This Wet Stuff?

So nice to get in the water this morning even if it was only chest high. the wind was off shore and the traffic light. I think the Sig Alert on the south bound 5 helped, I hope the people in that accident are ok, you could see it just south of Christianitos.
I forget to put my SD card back in my camera, so I only got one pic. Sorry, out of practice.
