There is nothing better than salt in the air and sand in my hair (what's left of it).

Down Time

I've been in Alpharetta, GA for a couple of weeks. It was a planned visit to see my daughter, her husband and the grand-kids. We ended up leaving several days early when my grandson Tripp was hospitalized with an unknown blood disorder. To make a long story short we went from Leukemia to Aplastic Anemia which was the good news. Aplastic anemia is curable but it's a long road for this little guy (6 months to a year). He has been in Children's Hospital of Atlanta and will begin treatment very soon.  I'm heading home tomorrow and my wife is staying for as long as it takes.

I've never felt so helpless in my life.

Listen till the end.
These clowns got owned by 10 year old.
